do i have to pay a deposit?
Yes. It is also included in the price of your service. Deposits will be paid through the Square.

what if i need to reschedule my appointment?
If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment, you will have ONE opportunity to do so without having to pay another deposit.

what state does my hair need to be in for my appointment?
Your hair needs to be clean (no flakes and free of product), blow-dried/stretched, and fully detangled. This means I should be able to run a comb through your hair with no problem.

how far in advance can i book an appointment?
My calendar opens on the new 15th of every month at 9PM.

can i bring someone with me to my appointment?
No. You are only allowed in the salon if you are being serviced.

policies
Cancellation Policy
48 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled appointment is required in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling with less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of your remaining balance in order to continue booking.

Late policy
If you think you may be late for your appointment, please contact me. There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, late fees ($15-$30) will be applied. If you are over an hour late, your appointment will be cancelled.
No Show policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments or class sessions, without contacting me to cancel, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved. No shows will be charged 100% of their remaining balance and will be prohibited from booking future appointments. No exceptions.
refund policy
There is a no refund policy on all services, classes, and deposits. Complimentary fixes within 3 days of the service completion are offered depending on the case. (NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS)
